don’t be railroaded into a retirement home

Last year I was railroaded into a so-called seniors’ retirement home in Woodland Hills, California.  At the time, and during my imprisonment, I had no access whatosever to the intrnet so as to check all the laws and regs relating to such homes.  The place I was in violated so many laws as well as my rights virtually every day I spent there.  When I comlained about some of it to the authorities, the home tried to torpedo me.  All it did was piss me off enough to finally get things together to essape the place.

The most important thing to remember is that you should carefully examine eah and every document and piece of paper they give you and not be pushed or rushed into signing anything.  In my situation, the most important document, the admission agreement was never executed by me.  That violates so many laws, it is incredible.

If the home does violate the laws, call the authorities as soon as posible.  Raise hell.  Don’t let the home intimidate you.  They will try in explicit and subtle ways.  Why, even some residents of the home will help them do it for brownie points.
